When changing a mobile phone device, how to move to Google OTP

When you change your mobile device, please move your existing Google OTP to a new device.

Withdrawal is limited for 24 hours when reseting OTP, so we recommend you to move Google OTP to the new device.

Please proceed in order.  

[The existing mobile device]

1. Please run Google OTP. Click on the three circles in the upper right corner.  

2. Click Transfer accounts

3. Click Export accounts

4. Account selection (@coinRF.com is Running Fox account)

5. The QR code is displayed.  

[The new mobile device]

1. Please run Google OTP. Click on the three circles in the upper right corner.  

2. Click Transfer accounts

3. Click Ixport accounts

4. Click Scan QR codes

5. Scan the QR code displayed on the existing mobile device.

Google OTP has been transferred to the new device.
