I entered the wrong tag when I deposited XRP Follow
In case of tag input error in XRP deposit, you have to apply for asset recovery directly on the binance.
Step 1: Log in to Binance Exchange.
If you don't have a binance's account, please log in after creating an account.
Go to the link below after logging in.

Step 2: Please fill out the application form for asset recovery.
- Coin/Token: XRP selection
- Address for withdrawal: Enter the Source address.
You can check source address in the XRP Scan site (https://xrpscan.com/). Search your TxID in XRP scan site. - Deposit amount: Input the XRP amount that has been deposited.
- TxID/TxHash : Enter the TxID on the withdrawal history of the exchange.
Please enter everything and click the submit button.
After submitted the recovery application, you can check progress via View Application Records button.
If an error occurs when you submit an asset recovery form, please contact the Binance customer center right away.
Enter 'tag'in the inquiry box and click 'deposit without tag/memo' to inquire.
[Caution]
If you input the wrong tag when making a XRP deposit and the wallet actually exists on the Binance, Binance will ask to refund it to the owner of the wallet account.
But if owner of the wallet account refuse to refund it, you may not be able to receive the XRP you have deposited.
Please check if the tag numbers are the same before making a XRP deposit or withdrawal.
