System upgrade for enhanced security: PC version Follow

Fellow Running Fox users,

Login system and withdrawal system have been upgraded to enhance security.

As an upgrade to protect your account and assets, the following function has been updated.  

 

[Added security function]

  • Add password when signing up for membership
  • EMAIL Certification
  • Limit the amount of withdrawal application according to the certification stage.
  • Log-in history and log-in IP

 

[Dashboard]

1. Dashboard - Profile

  1. User ID : Running Fox account ID
  2. Binance ID: Your account's Binance ID. You cannot log in to Binance via this ID.
  3. Email: Certified email address
  4. Connected IP: The currently accessed IP
  5. Last Login: The last accessed IP

2. Dashboard - Limit

    WithDraw Hold : OTP reset, first registration of email password and changing password will be

                                  limit withdrawal for 24 hour.

 

3. Dashboard : You can check the security you set up

  * KYC/AML is not operating now.

 

4. Dashboard : You can check the login date, IP, and Type.

[Security]

1. Security : To need proceed the email verification before registering the password

If you request verification after entering the email, the authentication number will be sent to the email.  

Enter the authentication number and click Register. Complete email verified.

2. Security : Register password

Please enter the registered email and click the authentication request button.

Enter the authentication number sent and click the register button.  

Withdrawal will be suspended for 24 hours when the password is registered for the first time

Existing password: Leave it blank when setting the first password

Set the password to more than 8 digits, a combination of English characters, specials, and numbers.

 

[Caution]

The authentication number sent by email when changing the password cannot be checked by Running Fox.  

Please be careful not to lose the registered email.  

Withdrawal will be suspended for 24 hours if you change your password.
